We, a few friends had gathered in Prabha International hotel for a night stop after which thankfully we shifted to another star hotel. The location of the hotel is good which is why it was easy for us who arrived from the railway station, airport or by road. But the facilities and services lacked alot. There was no hot water in the evening because they put off the geysers in the evening. There was no heater in rooms. We got muddy, unclean water from the tap. These things made our stay quite uncomfortable in the winter of 2023.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is located on main Jhansi road at Lashkar area in Gwalior. The hotel has good space for parking (somehow the guard was rude with me the first day as he was asking for my car keys to park my car even though i have parked it properly). I stayed here for two nights with family. The location of Gwalior Fort is 4-5Kms from this hotel. Jai Vilas Palace is near to this hotel. If you want to enjoy street food then Patankar Bazaar and old market is also near from this hotel. You will get lot of autos from this hotel to go anywhere within Gwalior. This hotel is well known with autowalahs. The rooms are good with clean washrooms and linens. Hot water is availble only in morning

It was first outing after March,2020 with some professional work so I opted to check-in at Prabha. Location is best one on new High Court Road. Except tidy rooms everything was perfect but what i liked most was food and service. at that point of time they were offering complimentry B/F with choice of lunch or dinner and it was so nice. Service was very good. I found it good for stay with family and friends also. In Covid they were complying with all norms.

We stayed around 11 days in this hotel. Really kind and helpful staff, very polite and always ready to help. The guy at the reception desk gelped us with addresses around the staff Manager is very nice. Hotel is clean . They provided us room service daily, hot water id not available 24 hours but its available every morning. Quick and goodroom service. Complementary breakfast was tasty and was provided every day on time. Mineral water tea bags sugar and water kettle was provided by the hotel it self and they refilled it as many times as we asked. All in all it was a very nice and homely stay at hotel Prabha. Plus the location is good its near to all site seeing places and shopping centers. For the price of 50-100 INR you can easily access every where with auto rikshaw. We will visit next time!!

Nicely built but poor maintenance. Rooms are quite small without proper ventilation. Had to change the room just after checking in because of a damp smell inside. Certainly will not recommend visiting the restaurant at the roof-top during summers as it feels like a "blast furnace". However, the quality of services is quite nice. Open parking space is also available.
